Legal help directory
Free and low-cost immigration legal help
1,275 nonprofit organisations across all 50 states and Puerto Rico, most of them free. They pay us nothing and we take nothing, they are listed because they exist, not because they signed up.
Why this is here. Most people who come to us asking about an EB-2 NIW should not be filing one, and our assessment tells them so. Saying “you do not qualify” and nothing else is how the notario market gets fed, people still need help, and they take the first offer they find. This is the honest next step. Only a licensed attorney or a DOJ-accredited representative may give you immigration advice. Everyone below is one or the other.

Filling in a form is very different from appearing in immigration court.
Counts reflect what is still selectable from your current results, not the whole directory, a filter offering options that would return nothing is worse than no filter.
